The characters present are Woody, Miguel and Tulio from The Road to El Dorado, Osmosis Jones, some Batman character, some Buzz Lightyear character, and the artist herself. They’re all dressed as some Vocaloids from the song “Alice in Musicland,” and there’s even a fanfic to go with it.
