This is the first time I’ve ever used a base. I made it Utopia, my Hetalia OC. I hope you like it.
Utopia? Really? Utopia is a strived-for concept, and is only considered an actual nation if you’re talking about the fictional island Utopia in the book Utopia.
This isn’t going to be fun. But let’s move on.
This is Utopia, my Hetalia OC, and England. I know, Utopia should have brown hair. But, something I haven’t told anyone about her, is that her hair and eyes change color whenever she wants them to. She’s epic like that. She convinced England to wear black and wear his hair goth-style

THIS TOOK ME A FEW DAYS TO MAKE!!!! The stripes in the background is the flag of Utopia. Utopia changes her clothes, hair color, and eye color a lot, so sometimes it can be hard to recognize her.

And is anyone else amused at the fact that her flag is just the bisexual pride flag in a different order? I wonder if that’s saying anything.

Why is she naked? Why is she a murderous, obsessive stalker?
More importantly, why is AUSTRALIA in love with Germany, of all nations? Not to mention that there is already an Australia character in canon.
